13F filings by fund

Quarterly SEC Form 13F-HR holdings for 34 tracked institutional filers — reported positions, values, and quarter-over-quarter changes, read straight from each fund's filing on SEC EDGAR. 13F positions are as of quarter-end and filed up to 45 days later; they are not current positions.

Definition

A 13F filing is a quarterly SEC disclosure required of institutional investment managers with at least $100M in US-listed equity assets. It lists the manager's long US equity positions as of quarter-end and must be filed within 45 days of that date.

Values are each filer's reported 13F total for its most recent stored quarter; for the largest filers Flock stores the top positions by value, marked "(top N)". A fund showing an older quarter is tracked through that quarter — that is Flock's coverage boundary, not necessarily the filer's last filing.
