Service Delivery Policy

A digital service

Flock is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped. All access is delivered online through the website at https://useflock.in, our applications, and the API at https://api.useflock.in.

Activation and access

Access to paid features is activated automatically and immediately once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your plan is enabled on the account you signed up with — no separate delivery step is needed. You can use the Service straight away on the web and in the app.

If a payment succeeds but your access is not enabled within a few minutes, email support@useflock.in with your registered email and we will resolve it promptly.
