Is there a free version?
Yes. Historical disclosures (older than 7 days) are free to browse on the public web, and a free account adds a watchlist and the weekly Smart Money Digest. Live filings, the Smart Money Overlap view, company filing alerts, the events calendar, the announcements library, and the B2B API are paid.
When does my subscription renew?
On the same date each billing cycle, at the plan price shown at checkout. You'll get a pre-debit notification before each charge on UPI Autopay.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our refunds policy for details.
Do you provide an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A payment receipt is emailed for every charge. We are not currently GST-registered, so no GST is added to the prices shown.
What payment methods do you accept?
