1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Flock, the website at https://useflock.in, the API at https://api.useflock.in, and any related applications (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Neeraj Khandelwal, sole proprietor trading as Flock, registered at C 703, Spring Bloom, BG Shirke Road, BT Kawade Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411036, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not investment advice

Flock is a research, data, and journalism product. It surfaces public regulatory filings — including India SEBI bulk and block deal data, mutual-fund disclosures, FII figures, and US 13F filings — that are time-stamped and linked to their original source. Flock is not an investment adviser and does not provide advice about investments. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to deal in any security, and we publish no curated baskets or suitability views. Disclosed positions may be delayed, incomplete, or no longer held. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should verify any data and consult a qualified professional before acting.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A payment receipt is issued for each charge; we are not currently GST-registered, so no GST is added.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you authorised (including UPI Autopay / e-mandate where applicable), until you cancel. For recurring UPI mandates, a pre-debit notification is sent before each charge in line with RBI rules. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and auto-renewal stops. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the data except as expressly permitted by your plan; scrape, bulk-export, or circumvent rate limits outside the documented API; reverse-engineer the Service; misrepresent the Service as advice about investments; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The underlying regulatory filings are public records. The Flock service — including our software, structured datasets, design, brand, and presentation — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes in line with your plan. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We source data from public filings and third parties and, while we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Data may be delayed or revised after publication.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service.
