About Flock

What Flock does

Flock is disclosure intelligence. We collect the public regulatory filings that investors, mutual funds, foreign portfolio investors, and global 13F filers are already required to make — India's SEBI bulk and block deal data, mutual-fund disclosures, FII figures, and US 13F filings — and we make them readable. Every entry is time-stamped and linked back to its original source.

We do one thing: we surface what was disclosed, by whom, and when. We do not tell you what to do with it.

Flock is a research, data, and journalism product. It is not an investment adviser and does not provide advice about investments. We do not recommend securities, publish curated baskets, or suggest any action on a holding. Disclosed positions may be stale, partial, or already closed by the time a filing becomes public. Every disclosure surface carries a clear compliance note to that effect.

Who it is for

Two audiences. Retail investors who already follow the markets closely and want public filings delivered fast, in plain form, with the source attached. And B2B research desks — family offices, funds, and analysts — who consume the same data through our API and need it structured, time-stamped, and auditable.
